Delete your WHAM account
WHAM is made by the WHAM team. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time.
In the app (instant)
- Open WHAM and go to the Stats or Feed tab.
- Open Settings (the gear).
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account, then confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent — there's no waiting period.
Can't get into the app?
Email
gymtrackapp25@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject
“Delete my WHAM account”. We'll delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, handle, avatar)
- All workouts, sets, personal bests, plans and progress tracks
- Friends, league memberships, feed posts, reactions and comments
- Photos and videos you uploaded
- Rep, quest and challenge history, and AI Coach usage records
What we keep
Nothing tied to you. Deleted data can remain in our hosting provider's encrypted backups for up to 30 days before those backups are overwritten; it isn't used or restored. A subscription you bought through the App Store or Google Play is managed by them — cancel it in your store account settings, as deleting WHAM doesn't cancel it.
